Lower Stanislaus fishable

Below the Goodwin Dam the Stanislaus River is finally fishable since flows dropped below 500 on the 29th. Nymph patterns are usually a good call, but you can't go wrong with small caddis and Adams flies. There have been a few rumors of a monster fish breaking tippets...
