Gear Review - Merrell Waterpro Ultra-Sport Water Shoes

These shoes are tremendously useful for everything from hiking and even jogging to everyday use. The solid sole provides ample stability and support not to mention great grip on slippery surfaces like the Mist Trail to the top of Vernal Falls in Yosemite. I particularly like them after a day sweating in fishing waders as they are perfect around camp to let the feet dry out and or air out. For the days where you want the best of both sandals and hiking shoes, a pair of these is for you. There are newer models, but I haven't bothered to look because even after half a decade, these things are a long way from being retired.Typical Merrell.
