Gear Review - TFO Lefty Kreh Pro Series Fly Rod

After I established I could fly fish and was looking to upgrade from the $60 starter kit, no rod company was recommended more than Temple Fork Outfitters. I went with the 8-foot-6 inch, 4 piece 5-weight and it did not disappoint. The components are quality and the rod is great for honing skills to the point where you can start to figure out the little things you want the rod to be able to do. You don't know these little things yet as a beginner, so the Pro Series is a great deal. The no fault warrant is great. When I broke the tip in Alaska, I got a new rod promptly. Cabela's.com has them on sale for $100.www.cabelas.com
