Sorry to bug you

A buddy of mine texted a picture of himself fishing. I did what any other angler would do: I zoomed in and started picking apart the water.Behind him was a rolling current that looked to be distributed pretty evenly. The middle was pretty shallow, probably an exposed rock bar when the level drops. The highest concentration of water moved next to the far bank. The color of the river turned from clear to a deep navy.
